Again an Old debate spoken by me at NSIT in 2005: Sustained Developement is an unrealized dream: Against the motion

Look backward with gratitude, upwards with confidence and forward with hope..

From the wheel in the 6th century to the automobile in the 18th, man has definitely come a long way.Earlier the means of transport was a bullock cart, there was a slow metamorphosis to a bicycle, then the mobikes came and finally a car and aeroplane.
But its not that develpoment stopped here, new models implemented with newer technologies always kept coming in the market.
From pigeons to snail mails to email and fax, communication was never this easy. And its not that this advancement stops here, earlier we used to have wireless or mobiles now we have handhelds and palm tops.Now this palm top provides us with every possible service in our palm.
This developement in technology has not been an unrealised dream, its there in front of our eyes.Though there have been inventions which have caused a sustainable developement.
